A board of directors governs CHRRG. The board members have a broad range of backgrounds. The board's role is to oversee the affairs of CHRRG, set strategy and general operating policy and to maintain the financial status of CHRRG.

Employees of Clarian Health Partners administer the day-to-day operations of CHRRG. Specifically, Clarian Health employees administer risk and claims management. CHRRG has contracted with Marsh USA, Inc. to provide policy administration service.
