Clarian Financial Assistance

As part of Clarian's mission, Patient Financial Services is reaching out to help those that may experience hardship paying their hospital bill(s). Based on your family size and income you may be eligible for assistance.

After you have received services, please complete and return the financial assistance application and any supporting documentation to apply. The completed application will allow us to qualify you for financial assistance.

The program covers only those hospital services provided by Clarian Health. You may receive separate statements from your physician, surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, pathologist or others who provided your medical care. Clarian's financial assistance program does not offer these professional services.
