Will charges on my hospital bill be different than the estimated charges listed here?

The estimated charges listed are an approximate calculation of the total cost of services for a specific type of visit or inpatient stay at our facilities and is not a fixed quote. The amount you owe may vary for a variety of reasons:

  • the need for additional testing, medications, services or procedures ordered by your physician(s)
  • the procedure planned may be different from what is actually performed based on your physician's assessment and course for your treatment
  • pre-existing health risks such as smoking, heart disease, diabetes and obesity may impact the course of care
  • if you have insurance, the type and specific coverage will impact your payment responsibility and will determine your final Clarian bill
  • if you do not have health insurance coverage, you may qualify for financial assistance. To find out more about Clarian's Financial Assistance Program, please call 317- 962-8661.

You should contact your insurance company to get the most accurate information regarding your financial responsibility for a test or procedure. Please refer to the back of your insurance card for contact information.

What if I can't find a procedure I am looking for?

If you are unable to find a service or procedure or have questions about a listing here, please contact Patient Financial Services. Please call Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM to speak to a Clarian representative. Spanish speaking representatives are also available.

You will be asked to provide a specific five-digit procedure code that can be obtained from your physician's office. This code should represent the proposed procedure for which you are seeking pricing.
