Will charges on my hospital bill be different than the estimated charges
listed here?
The estimated charges listed are an approximate calculation of the total cost
of services for a specific type of visit or inpatient stay at our facilities
and is not a fixed quote. The amount you owe may vary for a variety of
reasons:
- the need for additional testing, medications, services or procedures
ordered by your physician(s)
- the procedure planned may be different from what is actually performed
based on your physician's assessment and course for your treatment
- pre-existing health risks such as smoking, heart disease, diabetes and
obesity may impact the course of care
- if you have insurance, the type and specific coverage will impact your
payment responsibility and will determine your final Clarian bill
- if you do not have health insurance coverage, you may qualify for financial
assistance. To find out more about Clarian's Financial Assistance Program,

You should contact your insurance company to get the most accurate
information regarding your financial responsibility for a test or procedure.

If you are unable to find a service or procedure or have questions about a
listing here, please contact Patient Financial Services.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM to speak to a Clarian
representative. Spanish speaking representatives are also
available.

You
will be asked to provide a specific five-digit procedure code that can be
obtained from your physician's office. This code should represent the proposed
procedure for which you are seeking pricing.
