Jonathon Evans, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in Pediatrics. Dr. Evans provides care for patients from birth to age 25, including preventive health, illnesses, asthma/allergies, and behavior problems. He has hospital privileges at Methodist, Clarian North Medical Center, St. Vincent, St. Vincent - Carmel, Women's, and Community North and East.
At East Washington Pediatrics, we enjoy caring for our patients thoroughly and compassionately, within a framework of mutual respect and teamwork. We accept most health insurance plans.
Dr. Evans is married with two children. He enjoys playing squash, reading and traveling. In fact, he participated in a medical mission trip to Haiti. Dr. Evans is also an avid Colts and Pacers fan.
Dr. Evans received his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego. After completing a three-year Pediatric residency at the University of Iowa, Dr. Evans settled in Indianapolis in 1984.
Outside of his practice at East Washington Pediatrics, Dr. Evans is a
Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy
of Pediatrics and was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for the
Indiana University School of Medicine. He has also appeared as a medical
expert on the local TV stations WRTV and WTHR.
