This is a special time for you and for all of us involved in the birth of your baby at Clarian Health. We want to make your childbirth a unique experience that you'll cherish forever. Whether you choose to have your baby at Clarian North, Clarian West, Methodist Maternity Center or Indiana University/Riley Perinatal Center, we offer more birthing choices than any other hospital in Indiana. From a low-intervention, holistic approach to childbirth to a more traditional delivery in our labor and delivery units at both Methodist and IU hospitals, we let you decide your own unique birth experience.

No matter which hospital you select, and what birthing atmosphere you prefer, you can rest easy knowing that you and your baby will have direct access to our world-class Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) at Methodist, Indiana University and Riley Hospital for Children, if needed.

After the birth of your baby, our comfortable units offer the opportunity to keep your baby in your room as long as you desire. Our nurseries are available 24 hours a day when you need to rest. Our team of doctors, nurses, nurse-midwives, social workers and breastfeeding consultants are available to help your experience go smoothly.
