Clarian West's volunteer program began in March, 2005, with 14 volunteers. Now, over two years later, Clarian West Medical Center has volunteers working in many different areas throughout the hospital, including:
Clarian West's Volunteer Services department strives to create a unique, rewarding experience for our volunteers. We appreciate the time and energy they give to serve our patients and our organization, and we work hard to create a close bond with our volunteers and provide a sense of "partnership." It is this spirit of teamwork, dedication and friendship that can be found in each and every member of the Clarian West team - whether volunteer or salaried caregiver.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at Clarian West, we would love to hear from you. All interested candidates must complete an application and interview with a volunteer coordinator, as well as complete a health screening and attend a unique orientation program tailored specifically to volunteers.
Every effort is made to identify your special interests and talents during the interview process, and a volunteer coordinator makes every effort to assign you to a department within the hospital in which you might find the most enjoyable, rewarding experience.
