AVON, Ind. -- Clarian West Medical Center is excited to present Take Care Tuesdays at the Plainfield Recreation and Aquatic Center. Take Care Tuesdays offers timely health, wellness, fitness and safety information from Clarian West Medical Center physicians and other health care professionals. Clarian West regularly participates in health screenings, community fairs and other outreach events, and Take Care Tuesdays - a free monthly education and/or screening opportunity - is one more way to provide our community members with valuable health information.
Join us for a fascinating Take Care Tuesdays event on Tuesday, November 3, at 9:00 am at the Plainfield Recreation and Aquatic Center in room 139B, for a seminar featuring Dr. Ripley Worman, MD, a Indiana University School of Medicine and Clarian West Human Motion orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Worman will discuss knee pain. He will explain how the knee works, how wear and tear causes pain, and the latest treatment options available.
There is no cost to attend, but seating is limited. Community members
wishing to attend the next Take Care Tuesdays event are asked to reserve
a space by calling (317) 839-POOL or emailing havefun@town.plainfield.in.us.
Details of future Take Care Tuesdays sessions, which are generally held the first Tuesday of every month at the Plainfield Recreation and Aquatic Center, will be available in the near future. You may also visit Take Care Tuesdays online to see what topics are lined up for 2009 and 2010.
