| Eligibility |
- Must be employed as an LPN at Clarian
- Must be in good standing to receive the scholarship. A participant
whose job performance does not meet the standards of Clarian's
performance review program during any time of the employment
period/year that the scholarship is in effect will jeopardize
his/her opportunity for future funding.
- Must be actively involved in Clinical Unit Operations (i.e., attend
staff meetings, keep mandatory education requirements up to
date, etc.)
- Must maintain a competitive GPA

| Application Process |
- Complete the online application
- Schedule appointment to complete paperwork
- Submit proof of enrollment in an approved nursing school
- Submit 2 professional recommendations; one from current manager, one from RN co-worker
- Submit a one-page narrative on why you should be awarded the
scholarship
