As Clarian’s executive vice president and chief nursing executive, Everett provides leadership and guidance to thousands of nurses in and around Indianapolis. But as immediate past president of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), she helped shape the future of health care through innovative nursing leadership. Everett’s experience, expertise and wealth of knowledge play a key role in advancing nursing at Clarian and around the world.

In 2007, Reed served as chair of the AACN Certification Corporation, which provides comprehensive credentialing for nurses who establish and maintain standards of excellence in acute and critical care nursing. A long-time director of clinical operations for neuroscience at Clarian’s Methodist Hospital, Reed was proud to be able to give back to the community and to nursing through his AACN role.

Ostermeier’s expertise in recruitment, retention and workforce development initiatives is utilized at the national level by the National Association for Health Care Recruitment. Ostermeier is a board member for the group, representing multiple states in the Midwest region. Her two-year term ends in 2009.
