What?
REFER is an incentive program open to Clarian employees for referring clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, student nurse graduates and respiratory therapists to the Clarian Health family. Each time an employee who you referred gets hired into one of these positions, you’ll receive a cash reward.
Who?
All employees and registered volunteers are eligible to participate in our REFER Program, except the following: managers, supervisors, directors, senior-level personnel and human resources personnel. Also, educators and preceptors cannot refer students.
Where?
The positions, unless specifically stated, are for employment at Methodist, Indiana University, Riley, Methodist Medical Plazas, HealthNet and Homecare.
