Basic Life Insurance
Basic Life coverage for full-time and part-time employees is provided after six months of employment. The amount of coverage is determined by your base pay and Clarian pays the premium.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Supplemental life insurance is additional life insurance you can buy through a payroll deduction
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal Accident Insurance can be purchased in increments from $10,000 to $500,000. You can also elect to cover your eligible dependents. The premium you pay is based on the coverage level you select.
Dependent Life Insurance
You can choose between two options that provide life insurance coverage for your spouse and/or your eligible dependent children. If elected, the premiums are employee-paid.
