benefits for dependent children. Care can be received from network or out-of-network providers.
Vision Insurance
Clarian’s vision plan offers annual eye exams, a contact lens
benefit, a frame benefit, a provider network that
includes private practice and retail chain locations,
and discounts on refractive surgery.
