Clarian offers a variety of assessments, basic skills training, learning labs, career resource centers, certificate programs, continuing education classes, degree-granting programs, leadership training, tuition reimbursement and more.

 

Certificate Programs

Clarian's offers accredited certification programs through its 11 Months & Out program. In addition to meeting national standards in education, these programs prepare the students to take the national certification exam(s) that are required to practice in those fields. The programs offered include:

Career Advancement Through Training

Clarian is also the first hospital system in the nation to implement the Synergy Model for Patient Care, commissioned by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Clarian Health built a career advancement program on the differentiated practice principles espoused in the Synergy Model. Onsite and online education options are available to help nurses move from ASN/diploma to BSN and BSN to MSN.
