These
positions are part of case management teams that aid
people who are experiencing personal and environmental
difficulties. Social workers help solve problems so
patients don't experience difficulties obtaining their
medical benefits. In this position, you would also assist
with patient discharge planning and advocate for patients
by securing needed community and financial resources
through various human resource agencies.
These positions require:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in social work;
master's level may require ACSW certification
- An Indiana Social Worker's license
- Experience in social work, preferably in a hospital
setting
